The cellars were totally restructured to host the vinegar production. The ageing areas, fully rebuilt with barrels and casks of different sizes and types of wood are at the top of capacity in the industry with total volume in ageing close to two million liters. This Fiaschetta rustic bottle with flask shape, closed with cork and green ribbon, is a particularly sweet and aromatic high-quality balsamic vinegar.
