This air-dried, salted filet of beef is aged for 2-3 months until it becomes firm and turns a dark shade of red, almost purple in color. A little Bresaola goes a long way. Served as an appetizer, Bresaola should be served sliced paper thin, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, lemon juice and crumbled Parmigiano Reggiano. (Please note for orders being shipped outside of the east coast- This item may require an expedited shipping method during warmer seasons)
