Albacore tuna, also known as yellow fin tuna, fished in the Mediterranean waters, olive oil, salt. It is made with small size tunas (8-10 kg) which are hand-processed and steam cooked. Generally fished by hook along the Italian coasts. It has a pale color flesh, a delicate texture and is particularly digestible. It is recommended for children’s diet or for the most demanding palates.
