Acetum Blaze Balsamic- Truffle

Acetum specializes in the manufacturing of top quality balsamic vinegars. Established in 1906, Acetum is based in Cavezzo, in the historical building of the Motta Cellars. The cellars were totally restructured to host the vinegar production. The ageing areas, fully rebuilt with barrels and casks of different sizes and types of wood are at the top of capacity in the industry with total volume in ageing close to two million liters. Blaze is the first glaze made with Aceto Balsamico di Modena ready to use. The product respects the traditional quality of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, adding the thickness and homogeneity needed to decorate and garnish the most refined dishes.
